MEMORANDUM Defendant-appellant Glenn Seweingyawma appeals from his conviction of assault with a dangerous weapon, simple assault, and mailing threatening communications, in violation of 18 U.S.C. Ã‚Â§Ã‚Â§ 1153, 113(c) and 876. Seweingyawma's counsel submitted a brief in compliance with Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), requesting the court to search the record for error and asking to withdraw as counsel. We affirm.
